Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
To access the full range of 11900 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 11900 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your account secure.
You must notify the 11900 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend an account during a security investigation if suspicious activity is detected.
User Responsibilities & Rules of Conduct
As a user of the 11900 platform, you agree to comply with all of the following rules when using our services:
- Do not use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful or in violation of regulations in force in Malaysia.
- Do not attempt to cheat, manipulate, or interfere with the platform's gaming systems or financial transactions in any way.
- Do not use third-party software, bots, or automated scripts designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting activity.
- Do not spread false, misleading, or defamatory information about 11900 to any party.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems, servers, or other users' personal data.
- Do not use another person's account or allow anyone else to use your account.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, freezing of your account balance pending investigation, and legal action where applicable.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the 11900 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into your account are from a legitimate source and belong to you.
Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit is RM10 for most supported payment methods, including Boost, Touch 'n Go, and FPX. 11900 reserves the right to decline deposits suspected of originating from illegitimate sources. Deposited funds do not accrue any interest.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe stipulated for your chosen method. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 to a bank account. Full identity verification (KYC) is required before any withdrawal can be processed. 11900 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents to ensure the integrity of transactions.
Any processing fees or charges levied by third-party payment providers are the user's responsibility. 11900 is not liable for delays caused by third-party systems beyond our control.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
11900 makes no guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully secure at all times. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to data loss, service disruptions, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 11900 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and underlying code — is the exclusive property of 11900 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 11900.
Third-Party Links
The 11900 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. 11900 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Amendments to Terms, Account Suspension & Governing Law

Account Termination & Suspension
11900 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account at any time at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of fraud, breach of terms, suspicious activity, or at the user's own request. Users whose accounts are terminated due to fraud are not entitled to a refund of any remaining account balance.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the relevant jurisdiction.
